The Adventures of J.S. Box celebrates the extraordinary possibilities hidden within ordinary things. 

Inspired by a childhood spent using an imagination transforming a simple jumbo-sized cardboard box , the show combines original music, physical comedy, storytelling, and audience participation to create a world where anything is possible.

In an age filled with screens and ready-made entertainment, The Adventures of J.S. Box offers something different. It invites children and families to rediscover the joy of creating, pretending, and imagining together. A cardboard box becomes a robot, a train, a hot air balloon, a cuckoo clock, or wherever curiosity leads next.

Rather than replacing imagination with technology, the show celebrates it. Through music, laughter, and play, audiences discover that the greatest adventures don't begin with expensive toys—they begin with curiosity, creativity, and the confidence to imagine the world not only as it is, but as it could be.

The Adventure Starts Before the Show!

Pre-show activities begin at 1:00 PM.

Join us at the Creation Station, where children and families can turn ordinary cardboard into creations of their own.

Bring your imagination—we'll supply the cardboard and tape.

And this isn't just a craft activity: your creations will become part of the performance!

The Creation Station is designed to be simple, safe and fun. Children build using pre-cut cardboard pieces and masking tape, with volunteers from Boys and Girls Club of Three Rivers there to help.

Performance begins at 2:00 PM.

The Creation Station will also be available following the performance, because the adventure doesn't have to end when the curtain falls.
